Dennis Dillard founded
Double D's Property Maintenance, Inc. in 1991.
Dennis has been in construction and property
maintenance all his life and wanted to offer
a wider variety of services with improved customer
response that was not available in the property
maintenance industry.
So Double D's began by
providing automated parking lot sweeping and
steam cleaning services using new state-of-the-art
trucks. From those beginning's Double D's has
grown into one of the Bay Areas leading property
maintenance companies, offering services that
cover a wide range, from asphalt repair, stripping,
painting, or hauling, to light pole maintenance.
We are EPA approved and we are an active member
of the prestigious Bay Area Stormwater Management
Agencies Association (BASMAA). BASMAA is dedicated
to clean water recycling and our technicians
are trained by the representatives of the Regional
Water Quality Board.
We are fully insured and
bonded so our customers never have to worry
about any liabilities as a result of our people
